Everyone needs to know how to interview someone for a job, because it’s something that they can benefit from even if they’re never in a position to do so.  If they aren’t, they can still use that knowledge to help prepare themselves for any that they attend while trying to get hired.  If they’re the ones giving the interviews, though, understanding the best way to do that makes it possible to get a better feel for whether or not an applicant is going to be the right fit for whatever openings are available.
