There are some of the interviewers who don’t even care to have a look at the candidate’s resume before interviewing them. But this actually shouldn’t be.

They think that taking interview is not a big-deal. There are interviewers who just ask questions that come to their mind, without even knowing the purpose

of asking them. If taking a genuine interview than a recruiter can’t take more than 35 interviews in 10 hours working day and if there’s someone who’s

conducting more than your style of interviewing isn’t up to the mark and genuine. You are purely misrepresenting the organization.

An interview is a conversation in which the interviewer asks questions to the interviewee to know more about his professional background.

Below are a few steps on how to interview someone for a job

•
Create a calm and respectful atmosphere

•    Make the candidate feel comfortable and secure.

•    Have a face to face interview

•    It is advised to use first name during interviews.

•    Take off your coat, and also encourage the candidate to do the same.

•    It is good even if you share something personal

•    Pick the information from the resume and identify his areas of interest; for example, "I noticed you are fond of traveling. How often do you...?"

Below are a few questions that interviewer should ask

•    Tell me about yourself. (Past positions, education and other strengths.)

•    Why are you interested in being part of the company? (Make a note of this)

•    What are the significant accomplishments of his career

•    Ask him to describe his personality
