We all are aware that we live in the technological modern world. By taking the help of modern science and technology we are able to develop in all fields. India is a developing country. We have the second best human resources after China. But we lag behind in literacy rate when compared to other developed and developing countries in the world. India is a rich country, but people are poor. By utilizing the techniques of science and technology and by making use of all the sources in the best possible way it can become possible that India too can become a developed country in the world.

In the modern world people live their lives with a lot of high tension. The student in schools and colleges are not left behind as far as the high tension is concerned because they are surrounded by heavy competitions. It is vital that the subject psychology should be taught in all the classes both at school and college levels. Yoga and meditation should be added to add further assistance in terms of reducing tension.
