You know what, as professors of education, it is your responsibility as well to do certain things that are, even not expected from you, you should do it to enhance the experience of your students in a better way.

As far as this article of mine is concerned, I would like to tell that the main motto of this article is to explore the notion of teacher educators modeling their thinking and learning processes in a better way, as possible, by completing the same assignments as they ask their students to do. Yes, this would help, not only their students, but themselves also, to know the problems of their students in a best way possible. The fact is that there are both philosophical and pragmatic reasons for teacher educators to complete their own assignments. Let us discuss some of the important ones here:

Whenever a professor or any tutor "do" the assignments that they ask of their students, they are learning and experiencing through the same procedure that is experienced by their students while doing so. I hope that you all will agree with me on this topic.  And, as a professor you are not able to it or are facing some kind of problem, then you should discuss
with your students so that the assignment may need to be re-designed.

If you are teaching in some kind of college, then the fact is that a lot of us have favorite assignments for the different courses we teach, but that does not mean that you will repeat the same questions again and again without knowing the difficulties that are faced by the students. Rather you can go with new ways of helping students learn what it is we are trying to teach them. That is the best exercise for a teacher.

The fact is that it is the view of almost all the college students that professors teach nine hours a week--and then wonder just what we do with the rest of our time. Many think that they just waste their time, and this thinking decrease the respect for teachers. I would like to tell them teachers like me get indulged in doing assignments and know better about the difficulties of our students in the best way possible. And then in my free time, I get indulged with students to discuss their strengths and weaknesses!
The fact that the teachers have got a lot of responsibilities, not on the field but off the field as well. That means apart from classrooms, they can spend a great deal of time dealing with students who are not happy with their grade.
